“Tommy” was the navvies’ name for food, they would carry it in a red and white spotted handkerchief or in a straw bag  called a pantry.  The company would pay the workers in tommy notes, which they could redeem for food and goods at the company’s tommy-shop – at prices highly favourable to the company.

However, unlike the original, our Tommy Shop is always great value.

Online tickets: Wegottickets levy a booking fee.

 

Refunds: We may refund tickets once purchased under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion. In the event that we have to cancel the performance we will refund the cover price. If we have to abandon or curtail the performance once begun we will refund the cover price pro rata.  However we are not responsible for any consequential loss.
